Travis, just 3 years old was beat to death by his stepfather. The little toddler had wandered into a bedroom that was off limits so his stepfather kicked him twice in his abdomen.

Craig Zimmerlein, 31 years old was indicted on two counts of murder and one count of aggravated battery.
UPDATE... Craig was sentenced to 40 years
