Jonathan Austin


Little Jonathan lived only five weeks when he was murdered. His father who had paid a surrogate mother $30,000 to have his child. Ended up killing him because in an attempt to get the baby to stop crying, he hit him with his fists and beat him with a plastic coat hanger.

James Alan Austin, 26 years old was sentenced to 12 1/2 to 25 years for third degree murder and endangerment.
