Little Rebecca was only 2 years old when she was allegedly drowned in the bathtub by her mothers boyfriend. 
Her mother did not admit to the murder although she was allegedly there when her boyfriend held the little girls head under the water until she was unconscious, she died 2 days later.

Traci Elizabeth Kaufman ,33 years old ,
pleaded guilty to 19 felony counts.
Joseph Carlos Engle, 32 years old, faces 29 counts.
Traci faces a maximum of 92 years in prison.
