Rayvon Evans


Little Rayvon was only 22 months old when he died. While bathing him his mother held him under a steaming hot faucet, " because she was curious to see how long he would remain under the hot water without crying." His mother and her boyfriend kept his decomposing body in a plastic bag in a closet, until police knocked on their door investigating a stench. They then threw his little body in a dumpster where it was found.

Michael Bell and Melissa Evans were both charged with murder.
UPDATE.... Melissa was sentenced to 3- 9 years.
