Deionte was just 2 years old when he  died 
of blunt force trauma to his head.

Tommy Lee Goodwine, 36 years old was indicted on
charges of murder and cruelty to children.
UPDATE...Tommy was found  innocent of murder and cruelty to children charges,
but convicted  of cocaine possession, during the trial he had admitted
that he was in the parking lot doing drugs, when he left Deionte alone with
another son, who is mentally handicapped.
