was 21 months old when police found her broken little body
in a
wooded lot. Her skull was fractured and her liver split from the beating
she had gotten from her father. She also had numerous bruises and accompanying
disfigurement.

Humphrey , 21 years old was charged with one count of malice murder and
one count of felony murder.
UPDATE...Jamel
Humphrey, pleaded guilty but mentally ill,
was
sentenced to life in prison.
