Her mother shot her to death. Her mother shot
her because she wanted to shield her from what she
perceived as the end of the world.

Synthia Lynne Caamano, 33 years old,
then committed suicide by shooting herself.
Before this tragedy happened, she had
sought help from several local mental health agencies, but she was
never admitted and was also turned away because her insurance wasn't accepted.
