Shammy Miller


Little Shammy was just two years old when she died.
She had wandered off while playing outside on a very
cold and snowy day. Shammy froze to death. Her little
body was found behind the family's home. She had
been dead for 10 hours when she was found.

Tammy Miller, 28 years old was indicted on reckless
homicide & child neglect. She did not notify the police
for after 12 hours that her daughter was missing.
