Robert was only 1 month old when he was
starved
to death by his parents. His father testified that
they
began diluting his formula the same day he came home
from
the hospital.
His
mother Kimberly Ann McVay, 24 years old, only
received
10 YEARS PROBATION, for failing to properly feed him
and
failing to seek medical attention for him.
His
father Jimmy Dale Callaway Jr., 27 years old was also
charged
in the baby's death and has yet to be sentenced.
UPDATE...
Jimmy pleaded guilty and was
sentenced
to five years in prison
